Nanda Nair

Nanda's deep roots in solving technology challenges span more than four decades. A founder of 3SG Plus, Nanda helped grow the company from its early days in document imaging to the full-service technology company it is today.

Before relocating to Ohio, Nanda managed a successful alternative energy firm in California long before wind and solar were trendy!

Nanda helped start the 2FGR fitness group in Dublin as well as the 2FGR Run for Down Syndrome in co-operation with DSACO.

Ranjan Manoranjan

A long-standing financial advisor and board member familiar to many in Central Ohio, Ranjan currently serves on the Ohio Society of CPAs’ Political Action Committee.

Ranjan served as the first appointed member of the Ohio Casino Control Commission, overseeing Finance for 11 years. He has also served on the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority, and the Governmental Affairs Advisory Board.

He also actively serves on the boards of several state and philanthropic organizations.

Technology Research Analyst

Darren Harder

Darren is a seasoned technology researcher, with a well-rounded background that includes tech systems, accounting, business administration and law enforcement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University, complemented by a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Franklin University. 

At Materials Joining Consultants, Darren focused on engineering support and client relations from 1985 until 1993, after which he served for several years on the Columbus Division of Police. Returning to the private sector, he enhanced his expertise at Prime AE Group Inc. and UIC. Darren now applies his comprehensive background at GSC to propel advancements in technology research.
